Our vessels are operated worldwide by our in-house broking team.

We also have a partnership with Turkish Cargo Lines (TCL) and
Mr. Aksoy is the Vice Chairman of TCL which controls 5 bulk carriers
ranging from 18,000 DWT upto 75,000 DWT and also signed for 4 more
supramaxes of 59,000 DWT which will be delivered from SPP Shipyard
in 2011.

As shareholders of TCL, we have partnership in Eregli Shipping, which
controls 3 capesize bulk carriers, and also in Dati Investment Holding
which continues undertaking succesfull enterprises in Atakoy, Istanbul.
The Holding Group owns and operates two 5 star Hotels, 'Crowne Plaza' and
'Holiday Inn', Istanbul's first shopping mall 'Galleria' and
'Atakoy Marina' which is the biggest marina in Istanbul. Moreover, we
are developing new projects which will be market leaders in their respective fields in Turkey.
